Registration Timeline

General Entry: Online registration for the 2027 event is now live. [Register Here]
On-Site Check-in: The Race Village will open for on-site registration starting XXX
Deadline: Online registration closes strictly at 6:00 PM the day before the event.
No Race Day Registration: Please note that we cannot accept new entries on the morning of the event.

Packet Pickup

Pre-Registered Athletes: If you have already secured your spot, you may collect your race number and timing chip at the check-in desk on the morning of the race, up to 60 minutes before your start time.
Identification: To ensure security and fairness for our a historic cash prize, all athletes must collect their own race packets in person. A valid government-issued ID is required, no exceptions.
What’s Included: Your race packet includes your official number, timing chip, an exclusive Gravel & Castles Weekend Pass.

Terms and conditions

1. Entry Fees & Transferability

All registration fees are final and non-refundable. To maintain the integrity of our professional field and timing system, race entries are strictly non-transferable between athletes.

2. Deferral Program

If you cannot attend, we offer a guaranteed spot for the following year’s edition.

Cost: You will receive a 50% discount code for the following year’s entry fee.
Process: You must complete a new registration during the next cycle.
Note: Original entry fees are not eligible for a refund.

3. Essential Terms

Validity: Deferrals apply only to the next consecutive year and are subject to field capacity.
Military Personnel: Active duty members who are deployed or recalled are eligible for a full refund or a cost-free deferral (official orders required).
Pregnancy & Postpartum: Expecting and new mothers may request a full refund or cost-free deferral with a valid medical certificate.
Merchandise: All “add-on” purchases, including merchandise and donations, are final and non-refundable.
Timeline: No changes or refunds will be processed for transactions exceeding 365 days.

4. Right of Participation

Gravel & Castles reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse entry, revoke applications, or disqualify any individual to ensure the safety and fairness of the event. Violations of our racing policy may result in a permanent ban from future circuit events.

5. Safety & Waivers

All participants must sign a digital Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk form prior to the event. For your safety, approved helmets are mandatory for all riders—no exceptions will be made.
